Nice post. In answer to Terry, I can’t see any piss-taking in here, this man speaks the truth! I particularly like the second paragraph about the message that’s conveyed by poseurs in the mountains, and the bit that running Kepler once or twice does not make one an ultrarunner.

Don’t think I’ve ever been so chuffed! I feel under a bit of pressure to live up to something when I meet Martin now!!

With that amount of training you should breeze through it Martin! I think my biggest week was 60ks averaging 50ish with a bit of biking.

OR… seen as he’s Brittish… is the whole article a piss-take!? (Cos you know how Brits are always taking the piss)
